Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Florida seeks an Estimator to create accurate vehicle damage appraisals and coordinate repairs with customers and insurance providers. You will document communications, ensure DRP compliance, and support the team to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• Experience with DRP processes and repair documentation is preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use repair-management software.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate and timely information, guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Maintain the store's KPIs by maximizing role performance.
• Uphold the company's core values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect.
