Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting repairs, and coordinating with customers and insurance companies.

The role requires ARX/CCC experience, knowledge of OE guidelines, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training. Strong communication and computer skills are essential on site in Florida.

Qualifications

• Progressive or Geico ARX experience required.
• CCC knowledge and experience required.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and resourcefulness.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW standards.
• Coordinate repairs, communicate with teams, and manage drop-offs.
• Engage in daily production walks and support team members as needed.
• Participate in monthly health, safety, and staff meetings.
