Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Orlando, FL seeks an Estimator to provide accurate damage appraisals, coordinate repairs, and communicate with customers and insurers to ensure a smooth repair experience. You will assess vehicle damage, document needed repairs and parts, and work with the team to meet shop KPIs while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, at least 1 year of estimating or collision experience, and a valid driver's license; I-CAR

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic Computer Skills and DRP compliance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• I-CAR Training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide accurate, timely information to customers and insurers.
• Assist in daily production walks and repair planning.
• Support team to meet KPIs and ensure safety compliance.
