Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Kansas City is hiring an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while creating accurate repair estimates. You will coordinate repairs, communicate with customers and insurance providers, and ensure alignment with team KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repairs, DRP compliance, and I-CAR training willingness, with attention to detail and strong communication. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum 1 year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate and timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support all team members and participate in monthly Health & Safety meetings.
• Maintain store KPIs by maximizing role performance.
