Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Lenexa, KS is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurers. The Estimator assesses vehicle damage, documents required repairs and parts, and collaborates with the team to meet KPIs throughout the repair process.

The role requires DRP knowledge, basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to complete I-CAR Training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with DRP processes.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide accurate information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer needs to the team and support colleagues as needed.
• Greet customers warmly in person and by phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety meetings when required.
