Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an outstanding customer experience by creating accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies. You will document interactions, guide clients through the repair process, and ensure alignment with the shop's KPIs.

The role requires familiarity with insurance programs, DRP processes, and I-CAR training, plus a high school diploma and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines is preferred.
• Understanding of insurance DRP processes and procedures.
• Ability to document and communicate clearly with customers and insurers.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience and accurate estimates.
• Coordinate repair needs and update customers and insurers throughout the process.
• Attend production walks and daily management communications.
• Maintain KPI targets and ensure compliance with WOW Operating Way standards.
