Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator in Kansas with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience while coordinating repairs and communicating with customers and insurers.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, plus a High School Diploma and basic computer skills; DRP compliance and I-CAR training are valued. This position supports our WOW standards and collaboration across the repair team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• DRP compliance.
• 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide customers with accurate and timely information guiding through repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW procedures.
• Coordinate repair needs with team and participate in production walks.
• Attend health & safety and staff meetings; complete trainings as required.
