Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator in the Kansas City area to assess vehicle damage, prepare repair estimates, and coordinate with customers and insurers throughout the process.

You will document all customer interactions, ensure timely communication, and uphold service standards while collaborating with the repair team to meet KPIs. A valid driver's license and a willingness to complete I-CAR training are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills are required.
• Compliance for DRP’s is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsabilités

• Document all customer interactions and update records accurately.
• Provide accurate, timely repair estimates and coordinate with customers and insurers.
• Communicate repair needs and timelines to the team and customers.
• Support daily operations and participate in production walks and meetings.
