Gerber Collision & Glass in Huntsville, AL is seeking an Automotive Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by preparing accurate repair estimates and coordinating repairs with insurers and customers. You will assess vehicle damage, document required parts and work, and work with the team to meet KPIs while maintaining compliance with DRP programs.

A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required; I-CAR training is preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with repair processes.
• Ability to complete I-CAR training and coordinate with DRP programs.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare accurate repair estimates and document damage.
• Communicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate repair planning and ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain compliance with insurance requirements and WOW operating methods.
• Support team during daily production walks and training sessions.
