Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is looking for an Estimator in Huntsville, AL to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies. Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
• Guide customers through the repair process and communicate with insurers.
• Ensure compliance with DRP processes and insurance requirements.
• Participate in production walks and safety meetings with the management team.
• Assist team members and support repair planning and scheduling.
