Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Montgomery, AL is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

The Estimator assesses damage, documents repairs and parts, and works with the team to meet shop KPIs. Candidates should have DRP knowledge, high school diploma, basic computer skills, a valid driver's license, and be willing to complete I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of DRP experience.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details.
• Provide customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all WOW Operating Ways regarding customer drop-offs and repair planning.
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
• Supports all team members when required and participates in monthly safety meetings.
