Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is hiring a Collision Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurers.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the management team, adherence to DRP programs and WOW operating guidelines, plus completing I-CAR training and maintaining a valid driver's license. Compensation includes commission plans and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Awareness of DRP processes.
• Willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Minimum 1 year DRP experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Guide customers through repair process with clear communication.
• Coordinate with insurance clients and adjusters.
• Attend daily production walks with management.
• Support team members and participate in meetings.
• Ensure compliance with WOW operating guidelines.
• Contribute to achieving KPIs.
• Review and update repair plans as needed.
