Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document details, communicate with customers and insurers, and ensure alignment with the shop's KPIs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP's minimum 1-year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repair.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers.
• Understand all required insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Participate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings.
• Attend training sessions and workshops advised by Store Manager.
