Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused specialist in Chandler, AZ to guide clients through repair processes, timelines, and insurance procedures. You will generate initial and final estimates, oversee repairs, and ensure top-quality service while communicating clearly with customers.

Proficiency with estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex) and experience with insurance partners are preferred.

Qualifications

Customer service skills are essential.
Strong organization and multitasking abilities with good time management.
Experience or knowledge in dealing with insurance partners is preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).

Responsibilities

Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, and value.
Complete initial estimates and final estimates after full disassembly and evaluation.
Manage each repair throughout the process and maintain Crash Champions quality standards with in-process QC.
Keep customers informed and provide an excellent experience throughout repair.
Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
Pre-close final repair orders, handle disbursement paperwork, and ensure carrier requirements are met.
