Job summary

Crash Champions in Gilbert, AZ is hiring for a customer-focused estimator role within our fast-growing collision repair network. You will educate customers on repair steps, insurance procedures, and rights while managing repairs from start to finish.

The role requires accuracy in initial and final estimates, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with body technicians to ensure quality and timely completion. We offer competitive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a collision repair or insurance context is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Knowledge of insurance procedures and repair processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Complete initial estimates and final estimates after evaluation and disassembly.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed about status and deliver a great customer experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close final repair orders and handle disbursement paperwork.
