Job summary

Crash Champions in Gilbert, AZ seeks an estimator/customer service coordinator to educate customers on the repair process, prepare estimates, and manage repairs end-to-end with a focus on quality and transparency.

Ideal candidates will have experience with insurance workflows and familiarity with CCC One, Mitchell, and Audatex estimating systems. This on-site role offers competitive benefits and a stable, growth-oriented team environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of insurance processes and partner interactions preferred.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems including CCC One, Mitchell and Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process and insurance procedures.
• Complete initial and final estimates after evaluation and disassembly.
• Manage each repair to meet Crash Champions quality standards through in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed about their vehicle status and provide a positive experience.
• Review data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps for each vehicle.
• Pre-close final repair orders and handle disbursement paperwork.
