Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an experienced Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while creating accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance providers.

You will assess damage, document required repairs, and collaborate with the management team to meet KPIs and WOW standards. The role emphasizes proper communication, efficient documentation, and adherence to all program requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles in automotive/insurance processes.
• Understanding of DRP’s and insurance client requirements.
• Ability to document interactions accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and company processes.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Maintain KPIs and uphold core company values.
