Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Minnesota is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurers throughout the process.

You will assess vehicle damage, document required repairs, and collaborate with the team to meet the shop's KPIs while upholding our core values of honesty and respect. Prior experience and I-CAR training helpful; driver license required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Comply with WOW Operating Ways regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate all customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Provides positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support all team members when required.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Maintain the store's KPIs by maximizing role performance.
• Uphold the company's Core Values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect.
