Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Minnesota is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing repair plans, and coordinating with customers and insurers throughout the process.

You will work with the team to ensure repair goals and KPIs are met, participate in daily production walks, and communicate clearly while upholding WOW standards and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions and update details accurately.
• Provide customers with timely repair information and guide them through the process.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and support the team.
• Maintain KPIs and performance targets by collaborating with team members.
• Attend Health & Safety meetings and required training.
