Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator in Minnesota to create accurate vehicle damage appraisals and coordinate repairs with customers and insurers.

You will document interactions and guide customers through the repair process, ensuring compliance with DRP and WOW Operating Ways while collaborating with management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, 1 year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update details.
• Provide accurate information, guiding through repair process with excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management Team.
• Support all team members when required and attend safety meetings.
