Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Automotive Estimator to provide accurate damage assessments, prepare vehicle estimates, and coordinate repairs with insurance companies. The role focuses on delivering a superior customer experience while aligning with the shop’s KPIs and WOW Operating Way guidelines.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, 1 year DRP experience, and must obtain I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training; DRP compliance with at least 1 year experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to look up repair information quickly.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide customers with accurate and timely information through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Way guidelines for customer drop-offs, repair planning and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.

Skills
