Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while coordinating vehicle repair needs. You will assess damage, document required repairs, and communicate with customers and insurance companies to keep everyone aligned with KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, 1 year DRP experience, and a valid driver's license, with opportunities to advance through I-CAR training and ongoing training programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Minimum 1 year DRP experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willing to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Coordinate repair planning and customer communication with the team.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed and attend required safety meetings.
