• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in automotive estimating or DRP environments.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Awareness of DRP procedures and insurance coordination.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide accurate estimates and coordinate repairs with customers and insurers.
• Follow insurance program requirements and DRP guidelines.
• Participate in daily production walks and safety meetings.
• Support team members and attend trainings as required.
