Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with DRP processes and insurance coordination is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of estimator-related experience.
• I-CAR training completion is required or will be pursued.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update records.
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Assist team members and attend required trainings.
