Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Birmingham, AL seeks an Estimator to create accurate damage assessments, document repairs and coordinate with customers and insurers throughout the repair process.

You will update customers promptly, ensure compliance with DRP programs and WOW standards, participate in daily production walks, and support teammates to deliver exceptional service. Minimum education includes a High School diploma, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in DRP processes.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide customers with accurate and timely information throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate repairs and communicate with insurers to ensure smooth progression.
• Participate in daily production walks and support team members as required.
• Adhere to insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
