Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating needs with customers and insurance providers. The role requires documenting interactions, guiding customers through repairs, and ensuring adherence to insurance requirements and WOW procedures.

Responsibilities include daily production walks, team support, and ongoing training participation to drive KPIs and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide customers with timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Participate in production walks with Management and attend required trainings.
