Qualifications

• Compliance for DRP’s minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information guiding them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Maintain KPI performance and uphold WOW Operating Way standards.
• Participate in daily production walks and training sessions as required.
• Support team members and attend health, safety, and staff meetings as needed.
