Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Longview, TX is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, generating repair estimates, and coordinating with customers and insurers throughout the process.

You will work with the team to ensure repairs align with OE guidelines, participate in daily production walks, and uphold WOW operating standards while helping drive KPIs and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP's, minimum 1 year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW operating methods.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks and monthly safety meetings.
