Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while estimating damage, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers and insurers. The role requires CCC1 Estimating System experience, DRP familiarity, and good computer skills.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, guiding customers through the repair process, and ensuring alignment with team KPIs. A valid driver's license and I-CAR training commitment are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with vehicle damage appraisal and estimating.
• Familiarity with DRP processes and guidelines.
• Knowledge of repair standards and OE guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions accurately and update records.
• Provide accurate repair guidance and timelines throughout the process.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and shop team.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
