Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs for customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. The Estimator documents damage, recommends parts and repairs, and collaborates with the team to achieve the facility's KPIs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's; Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repair.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Comply with WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings.
• Attend training and workshops as recommended.
