Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States seeks an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating vehicle repairs with customers and insurance providers. You will document damage, specify repairs, and help the team meet repair facility KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a valid driver's license, with DRP compliance and I-CAR training encouraged.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Compliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Way guidelines for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain positive energy when greeting customers in person or on the phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend health & safety and staff meetings when required.
• Attend trainings and information sessions per Store Manager.
• Maintain store KPIs by optimizing performance.
• Uphold company Core Values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect.
