Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while assessing vehicle damage, creating estimates, and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance providers. The role prioritizes clear communication, adherence to DRP requirements, and alignment with team KPIs.

You will collaborate with the management team during daily production walks, participate in safety meetings, and uphold our core values of honesty, integrity, and respect while driving

Qualifications

• Knowledge of how vehicle repairs align with OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills for documenting and communicating with customers and insurers.
• Compliance for DRPs and experience with related processes.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate with management and production teams during daily walks and meetings.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and over the phone.
• Understand procedures for insurance programs and requirements.
• Support team members and participate in health & safety sessions as needed.
• Attend trainings and information sessions as recommended by Store Manager.
• Maintain KPIs by optimizing role performance and adhering to core values.
