Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide accurate damage assessments and create estimates while coordinating repairs. The role emphasizes customer communication, insurance coordination, and alignment with the shop’s KPIs.

Experience with CCC1 Estimating System is required, along with a high school diploma and basic computer skills. DRP compliance and I-CAR training are valued, with a valid driver's license needed for on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System.
• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; Minimum 1-year experience.
• Knowledge, skills & abilities; I-CAR training is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and company procedures.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members; support the team as needed.
• Participate in daily production walks and monthly health & safety meetings.
• Attend training and information sessions as recommended by management.
