Gerber Collision & Glass in Washington state is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance providers.

The Estimator will assess vehicle damage, document required repairs, and communicate with team members to meet facility KPIs. Applicants should have at least 1 year of DRP experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Minimum 1 year DRP experience; I-CAR training encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW standards.
• Communicate customer needs to team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Attend health & safety and staff meetings as required.

Connaissances
