Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Sumner, WA is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs. You will communicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process to ensure satisfaction.

The Estimator assesses vehicle damage, documents required repairs, and collaborates with the team to meet KPIs. Minimum 1 year DRP experience and a valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repair
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW standards
• Coordinate daily with team and participate in production walks
• Support all team members and attend safety meetings as required
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate teammates
