Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator in the United States (Washington): you will assess vehicle damage, prepare repair estimates, and coordinate with customers and insurers to ensure a smooth repair process. Strong communication and accurate documentation are essential to meet KPI targets and WOW standards.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, DRP compliance, and I-CAR training. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s requirements.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with repair details and insurance communications.
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide excellent service.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management and attend trainings as required.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs and WOW operating procedures.
• Support team members and participate in Health & Safety meetings.
