Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Washington state seeks an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document all communications, guide customers and insurers through the process, and ensure alignment with team KPIs across the repair facility.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP compliance, and I-CAR training, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate and timely information, guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW operating methods.
• Communicate all customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Attend training, information sessions and staff meetings as required.
