Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to produce accurate vehicle damage appraisals and manage communications with customers and insurers. The role focuses on aligning with team KPIs and delivering a superb customer experience.

You will work within a busy facility, using CCC1 Estimating System and OE guidelines to assess repairs and parts. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with DRP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• DRP compliance with at least 1 year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repair and insurance processes.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support all team members as needed.
• Attend training and staff meetings when required.
