Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide accurate vehicle damage assessments and coordinate repairs with customers and insurers. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer experiences while aligning with team KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience with CCC1 Estimating System is required.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines helpful.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in collision estimating.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide customers with accurate repair timelines and information.
• Coordinate repair needs with customers and insurance companies.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
