• CCC1 Estimating System experience is required.
• Understanding of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update records.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs, DRP requirements and company policies.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings; support colleagues as needed.
