Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an experienced Estimator to provide accurate vehicle damage assessments and repairs coordination. The role requires CCC1 Estimating System knowledge, DRP compliance, and strong communication with customers and insurance companies.

The Estimator will document customer interactions, guide customers through the repair process, and work with the team to achieve KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System.
• Knowledge, Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s - 1-year experience required.
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: DRP awareness; basic computer skills; willing to complete I-CAR training; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to the team and maintain positive customer engagement.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and assist team members.
• Participate in monthly Health & Safety meetings and training sessions as required.
