Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance providers. You will document damage, arrange parts replacement, and align with the repair team to meet KPIs.

The role requires CCC1 Estimating System experience, knowledge of OE guidelines, and at least 1 year in DRP processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• 1+ year DRP experience.

Responsabilités

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW operating procedures for customer drop-offs, repair planning and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and assist team as needed.
• Contribute to monthly Health & Safety meetings and training sessions.
