Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experience by creating accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinating repairs. You will communicate with customers and insurance companies, document repairs, and align with team KPIs to drive efficient outcomes.

The role requires CCC1 Estimating System experience, insurance program knowledge, and DRP familiarity. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System
• Knowledge of OE Guidelines and Repairs
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, communication and delivery
• Communicate customer requests to team
• Greet customers with positive energy
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures
• Participate in daily production walks with Management
• Support team members when required
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required
• Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager
