Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate estimates and coordinating repairs. You will communicate with customers and insurers throughout the process and work closely with team members to meet KPIs.

The role requires CCC1 estimating system expertise, DRP knowledge, and a valid driver's license, with responsibilities spanning documentation, repair planning, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with CCC1 Estimating System
• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP’s minimum of 1-year experience
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsabilités

• Document and update customer interactions accurately
• Provide accurate information guiding through repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW standards
• Coordinate repair planning with team and customers
• Participate in production walks with the management team
