Job summary

Mobile Auto Solutions, LLC is seeking an Estimator in Missouri to create accurate vehicle damage appraisals and coordinate repair needs with customers and insurers. You’ll document interactions, guide customers through the repair process, and help the team meet KPIs.

Ideal candidates will have basic computer skills, DRP and insurance program familiarity, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training. A valid driver’s license is required to operate as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum 1-year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details.
• Provide customer with accurate information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Coordinate with WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Be aware of all required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team as required.
• Support all team members when required.
• Attend health & safety and staff meetings if required.
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
