Job summary

Mobile Auto Solutions, LLC is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experience by creating accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies. You will document damages, determine needed parts, and guide the customer through the repair process to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities include maintaining open communication, ensuring DRP compliance, participating in daily production walks, and supporting the team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Compliance for DRP’s minimum of 1 year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide accurate information guiding customers through repairs.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drops, planning, and communications.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Greet customers and maintain positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings when required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
