Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinate repair needs, communicating clearly with customers and insurance companies. The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring documentation is complete.

The Estimator will assess damage, document repairs, and work with the team to meet KPIs while following DRP guidelines and industry standards. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Minimum of 1 year DRP experience is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience and accurate estimates.
• Coordinate repair needs and communicate with customers and insurance companies.
• Document all customer interactions and updates throughout the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs and DRP procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Assist team members as needed and uphold safety standards.
