Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Charlotte, NC to serve as the primary contact for customers from drop-off to delivery, preparing estimates for customers and insurers, and coordinating with insurers and technicians to ensure a smooth repair process. The role emphasizes customer experience, accurate damage identification, and post-repair quality checks.

The position offers a competitive, commission-based pay structure dependent on sales volume, with benefits and opportunities

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers’ claim to ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
