Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Charlotte, NC to prepare vehicle repair estimates, review processes, and manage customer communications. You will check in customer vehicles, complete DRP and final invoices, and coordinate post-repair updates while adhering to safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in collision estimating, with sales experience preferred, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair status updates to customers.
