Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator responsible for guiding customers through the repair journey, preparing estimates for customers and insurance partners, and coordinating with insurers to optimize the experience. You will work with technicians to identify all damages and ensure thorough communication throughout the process.

The role emphasizes accurate estimates, high customer satisfaction, and adherence to Classic Collision guidelines while supporting a team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for customers from drop-off to delivery of the repaired vehicle.
• Prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners per manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to manage claims for best customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers, providing updates on repair progress.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure all damages are identified.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores per company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery and other related duties as assigned.
